CM inaugurates 46 health institutions across Haryana
Haryanachief minister inaugurated 46 health institutions in 17 districts of the state, including 275-beddedMukand Laldistrict civil hospital at Yamunanagar.
The CM also announced a monthly pension assistance of Rs 2,750 per month to patients suffering from 55 rare diseases, like Pompe disease, Duchenne muscular dystrophy and spinal muscular atrophy.
Presently, the state government is giving pension benefits to thalassemia, hemophilia and stage-III and IV cancer patients. After Thursdays announcement 55 rare diseases have been added to the list and the government has made a budget provision of Rs 25 crore to provide the announced financial assistance
