DMPQ: What is the difference between the Tribunals created under 323A and 323 B?

 

323 A 323B
Parliament may, by law, provide for the adjudication or trial by administrative tribunals of disputes and complaints with respect to recruitment and conditons of service of persons appointed to public services and posts in connection with the affairs of the Union or of any State or of any local or other authority within the territory of India or under the control of the Government of India or of any corporation owned or controlled by the Government. The appropriate Legislature may, by law, provide for the adjudication or trial by tribunals of any disputes, complaints, or offences with respect to all other matter apart from contained in 323 b
Only Parliament can create the Tribunals Both Parliament and state legislature can create the tribunals.
Under Article 323 A only one tribunal for the centre and one for the state may be established. There is no hierarchical system. There can be a hierarchy of tribunals.
